How it works

Drill

The First Phase of lifting and supporting settled concrete involves drilling small injection holes (5/8″ or less) through the concrete slab.

Pump

The Second Phase of the project is done by injecting an eco-friendly polyurethane foam underneath the concrete slab, filling the void, therefore lifting and stabilizing the settled concrete.

Patch

The third and Final Phase of the project is to seal the small (3/8″ – 5/8″) diameter holes with a concrete patch.

Quality work. Super person! He informs you of all costs and options you have to complete your project. We love the work he did for us--looks great and should have done it years ago but was too "cheap" to want to spend the $. Thanks, Rick, for a great job.

Amazing quality work getting our sidewalk back level and eliminating tripping hazards. Rick not only is very meticulous with his workmanship but also very willing to explain the process while doing the work. Would I use again ... yes. Would I recommend Rick and his PolyRaise process ..... absolutely YES.

Rick is a very professional is his work. They raised concrete in front of my garage that had lowered about one and half inches and the result was great. The installation was done with great concern for the property and the clean up was exceptional. I would recommend that if you have the same issue that this process is the way to go because you don’t even see the holes after the project is completed.

We contracted with PolyRaise to lift several areas of our sidewalks at the WWIB/WOGO Communication Center, and are certainly grateful we did! We'd had about enough of old, settled, and slanting concrete providing an uneven surface for walking; and of course in winter that extremely unpleasant jolt when your shovel suddenly runs aground on the peaks and valleys of a formerly smooth sidewalk! Rick is friendly, professional, courteous, and pays attention to the details! I think we were all blown away not only by the speed of his work, but how neatly it was done! Unlike some other jacking services, the PolyRaise process does not leave large, unsightly holes in your concrete...in fact our owner's wife remarked that she had to look very closely to see the holes that were drilled, because they were so small and blended in so well! The sidewalks could also bear weight again very quickly, which meant we didn't have to block them off for an extended period of time. Not only have we improved safety for our building tenants, clients, and visiting listeners, but we've also given what was an eyesore a much-needed facelift! We would highly recommend Rick Yoder and PolyRaise for any residential or commercial concrete repair work!
